Our History
In 2005, Concierge Transportation Services began providing
transportation services to the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
The company was founded based on the concept of enabling senior citizens to
continue their active lifestyles without the hassle and inconvenience of
driving the congested highways and byways of the area.
The founder, Lisa
Hoston, observed over the years of living in the metropolitan area that
there was a lack of local transportation providers to serve older Americans and
help them remain independent.
Ms. Hoston developed the company to fill the gap of reliable, professional, safe
and friendly transportation to address the care and needs of senior
citizens. The company strives to be a
transportation service of convenience, accessibility and dependability to
senior citizens and its community.
Our Staff
Our Operations Manager, Tracey
Hoston, is the friendly voice that greets customers over the phone and
schedules all reservations.
Our chauffeurs/drivers are our front-line company
representatives who are always ready to assist clients. Our chauffeurs are trained
in CPR and First-Aid as well as receive specialized in-house driving and
customer service training.
Our Fleet
Concierge Transportation Services utilizes a fleet of
luxury-oriented silver Chrysler 300
Touring sedans and the Chrysler Town
& Country mini-van. Our sedans can accommodate four
(4) passengers and six (6) passengers in the mini-van.
